Since 2003, b2me has supported a wide range of clients from both the private and public sector, including attractions, accommodation providers, service providers and destinations.

We recognise the imperative of delivering key outputs throughout any activity we undertake; with a core set of values around return on client investment. b2me is proud to offer expert support and implementation for every aspect of tourism marketing from initial strategy through to launch, development of product training materials, travel trade engagement and in market representation.

Our Milestones

b2me has managed and delivered travel trade engagement activity including product auditing of over 600 supplier businesses and itinerary concept testing across 7 Discover England Fund projects.

Our travel trade engagement workshops have been attended by 100s of small and medium size tourism businesses across the UK; supporting both DMOs and trade body members.

b2me's bespoke sales missions have provided face to face product training sessions for sales teams and itinerary developers across the US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Germany and Holland for dozens of clients for over a decade.

b2me has developed specific tools to support our clients based on the wants and needs of buyers and sales teams around the world; including Instant Expert© our highly focused product information data sheets and Travel Trade Ready© our fully digital product auditing and buyer engagement platform.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, all b2me's key services were re-positioned to be deliverable on line, and new ones, such as Touch Point - a 15 minute Zoom based Q&A session with tour operators to understand the latest insights from international markets were added at the earliest opportunity.

In 2021 Mike took on the role of Lead Consultant for the Connected Distribution workstream of Failte Ireland's Digital That Delivers programme, supporting the Irish tourism industry's digital transformation.

In 2023, Mike was contracted to support NewcastleGateshead Initiative's travel trade engagment as part of the DDP Pilot and joined Arival as a trainer for Visit Scotland's Get Connected digital engagement program.
