b2me was appointed by Leicestershire Promotions Ltd as bid partner for the GREAT UK Challenge Fund Campaign in 2015. Their expertise in tourism marketing and tour operator sales team training was recognised as being an essential part of gaining traction in the US where our products were little understood and we received few visitors from this important market.
The eventual successful bid saw b2me bring together the strands from our history and heritage as well as from Shakespeare’s England to create a unique narrative that has given us a huge opportunity to grow our business from the North American market overall.
The feedback that has been received on the training given speaks for itself and we are extremely pleased with the number of tour operator enquiries and new itinerary ideas being put forward which come as a direct result of the work undertaken.
